Most of our home decor and standard furniture pieces are delivered within 5-7 business days. For larger custom items, please allow up to 14 business days for specialized white-glove delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Butterfly products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Are the colors of the products accurate to the photos?
